Summary: Huge rooms! Beautiful colors. Pool is indoor but small and very cold with no heating at all, decent location

Summary: It was a very nice place for the price. They need to figure out a way to warm the pool up a little a little more customer service. I couldn’t get a cup of coffee. I asked the young lady at the desk. She couldn’t tell me anything about the area or anything was I feel like that’s one thing they really really need to get updated on you need to know what’s going on around you Our room had a smell. It wasn’t overwhelming. I am highly allergic to cats, and I coughed and sneezing, my eyes watered the whole time. I think someone might’ve had a cat in there before we got there.

Summary: Overall it was an good room for an weekend stay anything longer probably not it was very clean besides the tub needing to be cleaned more & bed was super comfortable

Summary: The lobby of the hotel was nice. The rest was disgusting. The carpet in the halls were stained throughout. The doors were in horrible condition. The place reeked of smoke. The elevator had a 3" drop/step up to get in and out. I tripped, which is how I noticed it. There was no toilet paper when we got there. The blow dryer was super old and didn't work. The outlets weren't working and were cracked. The rooms were in a lot better condition than the hallways, but still not great. Beds were fairly decent for being a hotel bed. Shower was gross. At the end of our stay we had forgotten something in our room (hours before checkout) our key stopped working and 2 additional keys didn't work, the front desk employee (he was super nice!) tried to manually get it open to no avail, then it randomly opened with both the keycard AND the manual key inserted. The pool was fine, it was freezing though! I would not recommend this hotel unless you're fine with the filth. We got a much nicer hotel for not much more per night, this hotel would have been ok for half the price we paid.

Summary: The rooms were old and bathroom was too. Ok for the price but I won’t be staying there in the future. Their coffee was robust tho!

Summary: Very clean hotel, beautiful inside each room, spacious. But there are no microwaves in rooms, the pool was shut down for the entire stay (which is why we went on a staycation in the first place) and housekeeping never stopped by for refreshing linens or extra towels. Also we got put on the same floor as an African wedding (5 floors) and had wedding guests attempting to get into our room all day and night.
